Michael Napolitano Jr
Michael ascribes much of his journey as a rental agent in Bensonhurst twenty years ago to one of the most influential figures in Brooklyn’s real estate market to his mentor, Dan Gallogy, at Basile Realty. Through the years of mentorship and listening to cassette tapes by Floyd Wickman and Tom Hopkins, Michael honed his craft before joining the iconic RE/MAX brand in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. During his tenure, he quickly rose to prominence within the brokerage firm and developed both personally and professionally as an individual agent.
Expanding his operation into a team model under RE/MAX, Michael hired Josephine Sabatino as his assistant in 2013 (now the brokerage’s Director of Sales). Three years on, the Napolitano Team attracted some of the top sales agents in the city, contributing to the team’s #1 ranking in both Brooklyn and Staten Island and #30 in the nation at RE/MAX.
Michael’s reputation for tenaciously protecting his clients’ interests, negotiation skills and use of cutting edge marketing strategies has earned a nearly 5-star satisfaction rating among all of his clients on all online platforms.
Michael and his real estate team opened their own brokerage RE/MAX Edge in 2017 to maintain and nurture a carefully crafted culture. Agents are entrepreneurs, business people, marketers, negotiators, & technologists. They need a support system and coaching to learn how to master all of those responsibilities that come along with being a licensed real estate agent. Being with the right firm is the boost that most agent's need to take their career to the next level. Our responsibility is to make sure that they have everything they need from tools to support in order to be the best possible advocate for their clients and the best chance to build a solid, long-term career in real estate.
